Joseph owned the property and manages it. The home was is great condition and if we had an issue, such as the garbage disposal not working, he had repair people there within 24 hrs and then would follow up on if we were satisfied with the service.

He has a wealth of knowledge in real estate purchasing, selling, financing, repairing, etc... If he can't do something, he will put you in touch with someone that can.
